As a high-purity material, our Sodium Nitrite, Super Free-Flowing Food Grade product meets the Food Chemicals Codex specifications listed below.
Our Sodium Nitrite, Super Free-Flowing Food Grade is a pale, straw-colored, dry granular product. It contains an FDA approved anti-caking agent which is added to granular sodium nitrite, due to the hygroscopic property of dry sodium nitrite.
