MARK DAVIS
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Davis has been the Chief Executive Officer of Chemtrade since its inception in 2001. Mr. Davis led Chemtrade’s initial public offering and has guided its significant growth since then. Prior to forming Chemtrade, Mr. Davis was President of several chemical companies and has over 15 years’ experience in the chemical industry. In addition, Mr. Davis gained broad exposure to a number of industries when he was a partner with one of Toronto’s major law firms.

ROHIT BHARDWAJ
Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Bhardwaj joined Chemtrade in January 2006. He was previously Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Executive Vice President, Operations of TSX-listed Inscape Corporation, a leading manufacturer and designer of office furniture. Mr. Bhardwaj joined Inscape in 1994 as Controller and held progressively senior and broader positions including VP, Finance and Executive VP, Finance & Operations. Mr. Bhardwaj is a Certified Management Accountant (U.K.), a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (U.K.) and a Certified General Accountant. He also has an executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern Univeristy) and the Schulich School of Business (York University).

LEON AARTS
Vice President

Mr. Aarts joined Chemtrade in 2005 with 20 years experience in sales, marketing and operations in industrial chemicals. From 1995 to 2005 he held various management positions with General Chemical’s industrial chemicals, water treatment and sulphur products businesses. Prior to General Chemical, he was with Chemtrade’s predecessor companies of Marsulex and CIL in engineering, financial analysis and supply chain roles. He has a Chemical Engineering degree from University of Waterloo and an MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University.

DOUGLAS CADWELL
Vice President

Mr. Cadwell has been with Chemtrade Logistics and its predecessor companies since 1981 during which time he has held increasingly responsible positions. Most recently he was Smelter Services Manager of Marsulex Inc. and was responsible for all aspects of the relationship with the company’s largest removal services customers. Prior to 1989 Mr. Cadwell worked with oil refinery customers and also served as Logistics Equipment Manager and Market Analyst. He is a graduate of Queen’s University (B. Comm, Marketing).

TAB MCCULLOUGH
Vice President

Mr. McCullough joined Chemtrade in April 2004 with more than 20 years experience in chemical operations and engineering management across a variety of process industries.  He has held management positions with Finnish Chemicals, Akzo Nobel, and Occidental Chemical.  Mr. McCullough holds a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from Mississippi State University.

MARYANN ROMANO
Vice-President, Human Resources

Ms. Romano joined Chemtrade in March 2003. Previously she was Corporate Director, Organizational Development and Director Human Resources Canadian and International Markets for Teknion Corporation, a leading international designer, manufacturer and marketer of office systems. From 1994 to 2000 she was with Orica/ICI Canada Inc. where she held a number of positions in the areas of compensation and human resources, culminating in her appointment as Director Human Resources Canada in 1998.

MICHAEL ST. PIERRE
Vice President

Mr. St. Pierre joined Chemtrade in May 2012 from Huntsman Corporation.  Most recently he was the Global Business Director for Huntsman Polyurethane’s thermoplastic business.  Prior to this role he held positions of Director of Business Development for Europe, Commercial Director in APAC and other commercial and technical roles for Huntsman Polyurethanes.  Mr. St. Pierre has 18 years of experience in the Chemical Industry, holds both a B.Sc. in Honours Applied Chemistry as well as a M.Sc. in Chemistry from McMaster University and an MBA from Queen’s University.
