President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Davis has been the Chief Executive Officer of Chemtrade since its inception in 2001. Mr. Davis led Chemtrade’s initial public offering and has guided its significant growth since then. Prior to forming Chemtrade, Mr. Davis was President of several chemical companies and has over 20 years’ experience in the chemical industry. In addition, Mr. Davis gained broad exposure to a number of industries when he was a partner with one of Toronto’s major law firms.
Vice-President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bhardwaj joined Chemtrade in January 2006 and oversees the Finance, Information Technology and Legal departments. He was previously Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Executive Vice President, Operations of TSX-listed Inscape Corporation, an office furniture manufacturer. Mr. Bhardwaj is a Certified Management Accountant (U.K.), a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (U.K.) and a Certified General Accountant. He also has an executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and the Schulich School of Business (York University).
Group Vice-President, Commercial
Mr. Aarts joined Chemtrade in 2005 and is responsible for the Acid Products, Select Specialties and Sulphur businesses, for Chemtrade Aglobis and for the Sales organisation. He has over 25 years of industrial chemicals experience in leadership roles in operations, sales and marketing, including holding various management positions with General Chemical’s water treatment and sulphur products businesses and with Marsulex in engineering, financial analysis and supply chain roles. Both General Chemical and Marsulex have since been acquired by Chemtrade. He has a Chemical Engineering degree from University of Waterloo and an MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University.
Group Vice-President, Manufacturing, Engineering and Responsible Care
Mr. McCullough joined Chemtrade in 2004 and is responsible for the Water Treatment, Performance Chemicals, Pulp, P2S5, and Fort McMurray businesses, as well as overseeing Chemtrade’s Engineering and Capital Projects teams and Responsible Care program. He has more than 30 years’ experience in chemical operations and engineering management across a variety of process industries, including management positions with Finnish Chemicals, Akzo Nobel, and Occidental Chemical. Mr. McCullough holds a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from Mississippi State University.
MICHAEL ST. PIERRE
Group Vice-President, Global Services
Mr. St. Pierre joined Chemtrade in 2012 and is responsible for Global Services, which includes the Human Resources, Supply Chain & Logistics and Corporate Procurement functions. He has 20 years of experience in the chemical industry, including working in Asia and Europe for Huntsman Corporation. Mr. St. Pierre holds both a B.Sc. in Honours Applied Chemistry as well as a M.Sc. in Chemistry from McMaster University and an MBA from Queen’s University.
Mr. Dietz leads the Water Treatment, Performance Chemicals, Pulp , P2S5, and Fort McMurray businesses. He joined Chemtrade in 2014 as part of the General Chemical Acquisition and had held a variety of financial and operating roles at General Chemical over a 15 year period. Prior to General Chemical, he was a process development engineer with Mobil Chemical. Mr. Dietz has a Chemical Engineering degree from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
Vice-President, Human Resources
Ms. Powers leads the Human Resources function at Chemtrade. She joined in June 2016 from SC Johnson Inc. where she was the Director of Human Resources for Canada and Puerto Rico. Prior to this, she held roles in Human Resources, Shared Services, Operations, and Business leadership in both the private and public sectors. Ms. Powers has 16 years of experience in the chemical industry. She holds a B.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Queen’s University.
Vice-President, Information Technology
Mr. Kaushik leads the Information Technology function at Chemtrade. He joined in July 2016 from Celestica where he was Senior Director of Global IT. Mr. Kaushik has over 20 years of IT experience across multiple industry domains. Mr. Kaushik holds a Master of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Technology from the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala, India.
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Ms. Paré leads the Legal Department and is Corporate Secretary of the Board of Trustees of Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund and of the boards of directors of the Chemtrade Group entities. She joined Chemtrade in 2006, having practised law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP previously. She holds a BA(Hon) from the University of Western Ontario and an LLB from the University of Toronto.
