MARK DAVIS
President & CEO

Good morning and thank you for joining us for the first annual meeting of Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund. We're pleased to see many familiar faces
here today, and a lot of new ones as well.

Before Vic and I make our presentation, I would like to introduce other members
of the management team. I would ask them to stand as they are introduced.

  • Doug Cadwell, Vice-President, North American Business

  • Greg Pimento,
    Vice-President,Operations, and

  • Jan van Essen,
    President of BCT Chemtrade.
Over the past year since we first announced our intention to form Chemtrade Logistics, we have met many of you and explained our business in detail. Others,
I am sure, have visited our website or listened to the webcasts of our financial results announcements. However, since this our first opportunity to meet many
of our unitholders face to face, we want to take the opportunity to once more describe our business, as well as report on our financial performance since our inception on July 18, 2001 and to talk about some of the opportunities we see
for further growth of the business.
I am going to start by describing our business and our business model; Vic will summarize our financial results for 2001 and the first quarter of 2002; and I will return with some remarks about our growth strategy. I trust those of you who have heard the story before will bear with us.
